Use this form to report hazing, inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, or any violation of fraternity or university policy. Alumni leadership reviews every report.

How your anonymity is protected

  • No login. No name, email, phone, or account required.
  • Your IP address, browser, device, and location are never stored with your report.
  • No cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers on this page.
  • Reports are stored in a private database only Alumni risk management can access.
  • Leadership receives an email alert that a report exists — the email contains no report content and no identifying information.
